What I did
I and my study group analyzed hate crimes in Italy—yep, still a thing—using OSCE–ODIHR data and turned it into fancy charts (word clouds, bars, stacked stuff, the works).
Made with Infogram (the file is in English) – and a bit of Photoshop -, picked for its ability to show just how messed up people can get based on bias: race, gender identity, who you love, etc.
Sadly, no data on vandalizing f4sc1st real estate with Beatles’s Blackbird lyrics.
We also put together a report on the data collection and analysis processes, as well as the results of user testing conducted on people who interacted with the infographics. Don’t ask me why the professor insisted it had to be in Italian. All you need to know is that it’s accurate and flawless—certified with the official “trust me bro” seal.
